Behold her in all her radiant splendour, as captured by the lens of Carl Gunther. The Italian-American beauty, known by law as Victoria Vetri, yet famed as Angela Dorian, was chosen as the Playmate of the Month in September 1967, and later crowned Playmate of the Year for 1968. In her teenage years, she was considered for the role of Maria in ‘West Side Story’; this part, of course, ultimately went to Natalie Wood.
