The Broken Dolls and Fallen Angels Facebook group returns

A black-and-white glamour photograph shows a brunette woman reclining on a sandy beach beside a large, weathered piece of driftwood. She wears a fitted, patterned one-piece swimsuit with narrow shoulder straps, its small floral motif contrasting with the rough textures of sand and timber. Propped upon one elbow, she lowers her gaze towards a portable radio resting against the log, while her other hand lies near its controls. Her tousled, curled hair and relaxed posture lend the scene an informal sensuality. A bag and scattered belongings sit behind her, while the nearly featureless sky and distant shoreline create a spacious, windswept setting reminiscent of mid-century seaside photography.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/886318992990373/ After a protracted ordeal, the Broken Dolls and Fallen Angels group is back up and running… at least until such time as Facebook should vex me anew. With upwards of 3,200 members, and a good many worthy contributors who were active prior to the pause, I feel compelled to give this endeavour one last go.

Remember: provocative, yet classy, remains the order of the day here. Please remember our rules, which have been updated and set forth below —

X - Nothing explicit, positively nothing illegal. No exposed breasts, no *meow*

X - Mission Statement: We celebrate sensuality, eroticism, and pure feminine beauty in all its forms. In other words, sharing quasi-NSFW content simply for the sake of doing so shall never be the point of this group.

X - The admin supports the civil and social rights of transgender individuals and harbours no wish to contribute to hostility or discrimination; however, this community is specifically intended to celebrate the beauty, glamour, fashion, and photography of cisgender women only.

X - The Sue Lyon Rule: any model depicted in overtly sensual and/or erotic material must be reasonably assumed to have been 18 or older when the image was made. Archival and tasteful pin-up photographs of performers who were under eighteen — typically, classic Hollywood publicity and film imagery — are permitted and even welcomed, so long as no lines are being crossed. The admin reserves final discretion.

X - NO solicitations for sex or dating.

X - ADMIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY SUBMISSIONS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.

X - NO AI-generated imagery or blatant spam. Historically accurate colourisations of original black-and-white photographs are fine. Authentic people. Genuine photographs. No exceptions. ChatGPT and similar tools may be used only for colourisation, and only where the results faithfully preserve the original image.

X - Sexism and crudeness are strongly discouraged, and may constitute grounds for removal from the group. I know perfectly well that I cannot police every goofy or childish comment, for boys are going to be boys; however, harassment of any female members of the group will positively not be tolerated. I want this to be a welcoming place for women. We celebrate erotism, sexiness, and femininity here, but we can still conduct ourselves like gentlemen, fellas.

X - STAY ON TOPIC: self-explanatory. No politics or anything else divisive.

Thank you —
